1. Services Provided

Prezpass Media offers digital marketing services including but not limited to:

All services are customized and subject to the terms set in individual project agreements or proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and required assets (e.g., logos, brand guidelines, website access).
   
• Communicate promptly and professionally throughout the project timeline.
   
• Make payments as agreed in service contracts or invoices.
   
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding their business and content.
   

3. Payments & Billing

Payment terms vary by project and will be detailed in your signed agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated:

• A deposit is due before work begins
   
• Final payment is due upon delivery
   
• Late payments may result in service delays or suspension
   

Prezpass Media accepts payments via secure platforms including PayPal, Zelle, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

4. Revisions & Approvals

We offer a set number of revisions per service tier (outlined in your proposal). Additional revisions beyond that scope may incur additional fees.

All project deliverables are subject to client review and approval. Once approved, deliverables are considered final.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• All original content created by Prezpass Media (including graphics, videos, websites, and copy) becomes the property of the client.
   
• Prezpass Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel projects at any time with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

If Prezpass Media is unable to fulfill agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may be eligible for a partial refund based on work completed to date.

7. Disclaimers

Prezpass Media cannot guarantee specific rankings, revenue outcomes, or engagement levels, as results depend on many external factors (e.g., market changes, algorithm updates, client participation).

All advice and recommendations are given in good faith based on current industry best practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prezpass Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

9. Privacy

Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

10. Changes to Terms

Prezpass Media reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
